Evolution and the Theory of Games is for anyone interested in animal
behaviour, population genetics, evolution or game theory. It provides a
good introduction to the application of game theory to the understanding
of evolution. Each new model ("game") is illustrated with plenty of
examples, some of which are really interesting in their own right
(enough to make one want to take up ethology). The difficult
mathematics is consigned to the appendices.
Prerequisites are basic mathematics and biology and a good understanding
of the theory of evolution.
